Learning outcomes
After passing this subject, students should be able to define, explain, and use the basic terms and knowledge of personality psychology of pupil and diagnostics. It is an introduction to the personality psychology studies. Contained are: Historical and philosophical sources of personality psychology, selected personality theories and their impact in approach to a man. Determining factors impacting forming an individual's personality, approaches to personality study. Personality dimensions, the structure and dynamics of a personality, personality contents and relation analysis. The methods of personality psychology and principles of their use in profession, the possibilities of developing extrospection and introspection skills. The issues of life fulfilment and handling hard situations in one's life. Practical importance and functions of psychology diagnostics. Professional ethics. Protodiagnostics. Critical points and errors in psychological diagnostics.
