This course is designed to provide students with various techniques and skills to promote physical and psychological well-being, improve the ability to pay attention, decrease perceived stress and learn how to work with one´s own negative thoughts, self-beliefs, and emotions. The regular practice of mindfulness meditation shall bring harmony, joy and equanimity into one´s life.
