Course content
Education policy and its current issues in the Czech Republic in the context of European trends. Current issues of state administration and self-administration in education. Management of changes in education, school marketing. School development programme and its design, school evaluation and self-evaluation. Development of human resources in education (adaptation processes, further training of ecucationists). People management and its issues in education sector.

Learning outcomes
Students will be able to identify the essential theoretical and practical problems in school management. They reflect on the current questions of educational policies in the EU context. At the same time, they will be able to describe and explain the necessary changes in the Czech school system. They will become familiar with the tools of evaluation and self-evaluation in education and ultimately, with the essential problems of human resources development in education.
