Course content
"- The subject of psychohygieny and its development - Psychology of health and its relation to psychohygieny - Health education and prevention - Categories of health, normality and adaptation - Performance, ability to work, fatigue and monotony, rest, sleep, working environment, time-management - Performance performance (biorhythmics), exchange work in healthcare - Stress and stress, theory and concepts of stress and its management, use of relaxation techniques (Autogenous training, Jacobson's progressive relaxation) - Burnout syndrome (prevention and intervention) - Socio-psychological issues of psychohygieny - Possibilities and limitations of the so-called healthy lifestyle, the concept of ""healthy personality"""

Learning outcomes
The aim is to acquire basic knowledge about psychohygieny and its application to the work and personal life of midwife. The aim is to acquire basic relaxation techniques - autogenous training and Jacobson's progressive relaxation.
Students will be able to apply the principles of psychohygieny in their personal and working life. Can effectively relax.
