Course content
|
Crisis and crisis situations, crisis intervention, communication with the individual in a psychic crisis. Communicating with a dying patient, a depressed patient, an anxiety patient, and an aggressive patient.

Learning outcomes
|
The goal is to acquire the ability to communicate with patients / clients in crisis situations.
The student acquires the basics of professional behavior. He understands the verbal and nonverbal manifestations of patients and their relatives and is able to interview them in crisis situations.
