| Course content |
|
Practical introduction to different types of conditioning exercise. Specifics influencing the performance in children and seniors. Acquiring skills in conditioning exercise with a specific focus on the future physiotherapy profession. Demonstration of exercise unit with an in-patient. Stretching and strengthening: diagnostics, methodological principles, practical use. Therapeutic exercise and compensatory exercise. Respiratory and relaxation exercise. Sports activities suitable for aerobic training.
