The aim of the course is to bring to the attntion of students development of physical culture since prehistory ages, antique period, the Middle Ages till nowadays. Origin of systems of physical training, sports, physical training and sports organizations, modern Olympic games and other movements in world as so as in Czech and Czechoslovak history.
