Annotation: Content of the course Sports for persons with disabilities is to provide insight and understanding of different sports for persons with disabilities. Topics of lectures and practical lectures: 1. Introduction to disability sports 2. History and philosophy of Paralympic sports 3. History and philosophy of Special Olympics, Deaflympics, Global Games, etc. In a context of APA. 4. APA and sport for people blind or visual impaired - theory. 5. APA and sport for people blind or visual impaired - practice (individual sports). 6. APA and sport for people blind or visual impaired - practice (team sports). 7. Less known sports for athletes with physical disabilities - wheelchair and amputee sports (individual). 8. Less known sports for athletes with physical disabilities - wheelchair and amputee sports (team). 9. Less known sports for athletes with physical disabilities - CP sports. 10.-13. Management, realising and evaluation of sport event for people with disability.
