Course content
|
Perfecting techniques for falls. In Judo - selected knock-downs, fighting on the ground, randori. In Karate - techniques of strokes, kicks, shields, kumite. Boxing and kickboxing - techniques of strokes, dodges, training sparring.

Learning outcomes
|
An overview of the main martial arts, their development, techniques and their contribution to the self-defence of an individual. Information about this course was translated to English within the project Internationalization of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University, Olomouc, No. CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0028, co-funded by the European Social Fund and the Government of the Czech Republic.
The student will have an overview of selected martial arts.

|
Student performance, Systematic Observation of Student
Requirements Credit: Active participation in seminars. Practical skills in basics of martial arts. Methodological presentation.
