Methodical issues of breaststroke, frestyle, backstroke, and butterfly. Individual feedback on particular techniques. Swimming conditioning.

The main aim of the course is personal improvement of all four swimming styles (breaststroke, freestyle, backstroke, butterfly) and methodology of particular strokes within a scope of school Physical Education.
When completing the course, the student will be able to demonstrate all four swimming styles on a level of a Physical Education teacher and to describe a basic methodic procedure in all swimming styles. |
