Learning outcomes
The aim of this subject is to teach the students the particular processes of Human Resources Management (further HR). This subject follows the subject HR1 and presents the sudents with other specific areas. The course will also include several lectures with HR experts from the field.

Assessment methods and criteria

- Completion of the Human Resource Management 1 course - Credit: Participation in at least 1 teaching block is required. - Exam (written test): -->Form: Test with 50 questions (each worth 2 points, max. 100 points in total). -->Content: Based on presentations and recommended literature. -->Pass mark: A minimum of 60 points (60%) is required to pass. -->The final grade will be determined as the sum of the points that the student can collect during the semester. How can points be earned? 1) Bonus for extra activity (4 points) - For participation in both lecture blocks (1 participation is mandatory). 2) Voluntary professional activity (15 points) - You can prepare a short activity (individually or in a group of up to 4 people) focused on working with employees (e.g., techniques for developing teamwork, work-life balance, time management, performance support, etc.). Written assignment: Submit a description of the activity and examples of its implementation (2-3 standard pages) by May 4, 2026 (11:59 p.m.) at the latest.
