Course content
1. Labour law from the perspective of foundation and leadership of scientific teams 2. Industrial rights as the science and research outcomes 3. Copyright and rights connected with the science and research outcomes 4. Legal form of business activities 5. Science and research workers versus public service 6. Legal ways of conflict resolution 7. Information resources about recent possibilities how to get finance for project intention. 8. The project formulation, preparation of a grant-request, organization, coordination and finalization of the project 9. The practical part of project management

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to enlighten the audience the basic knowledge from chosen branch of law, which they use in their scientific work and future job. Visions and scientific thoughts are the fundamental part of the science and research field. To implement the ideas, it is needed to receive financial resources. Therefore, the goal of the course is to acquire project management skills.
The course focuses on theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of public fund-raising. Participants will be familiarized with preparation, coordination and project management. The practical experiences (how to draw log-frame, build up a financial plan, identify the project perils, fill in project request, write own project in project fiche form) will be prepared.
