The aim of the course is to acquaint students with basic management issues and create conditions for its further development. Management is seen as a prerequisite for the operation of any structure. The content of teaching is: an introduction to management, its development, the definition of the term. Functions and management processes - decision making, anticipation, planning, organization, implementation, human resources management, monitoring, communicating, information processes, organization as a community of people, profile manager, the management perspective.
