Learning outcomes
The course is designed as a general outline of the issues of scientific methodology. The aim is to clarify the basic theories, concepts and concepts with which science works in general, such as: empiricism, the idea of a single science, scientism, physicalism, justifikace, falsification, verification, hypothetico-deductive method, falibilismus, atomism, holism, sociologismus, paradigm, discourse, instrumentalism, realism and materialism, determinism, heuristics, hermeneutics, interdisciplinarity, interpretation, explanace, information, digitization, memes, model, observation, speculation, abstraction, theory, etc.
- will be able to define and expertly handle a chosen topic theoretically, using relevant scientific literature - will be able to choose the appropriate research method and execute own scientific research
