Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarize the audience with the managerial, human research and marketing work approaches, for example principles of co-worker selection, foundation of working teams, team leadership, delegation of working responsibilities, managerial communication competence, administration and logistics, propagation of own scientific and research results (both in the relation to scientific community and to the general public).
The course familiarizes the audience with processing of scientific problems from a first invention to a concrete organization of researching work, with marketing fundamentals from analysis to distribution of scientific outcomes to the general public and with the ways how to build own carrier including personal development.
