Learning outcomes
|
The aim will be: - Lexicology in its approach to the word as a unit designation; - theory of verbal communication and functional-communication approach to language; - traditional foundations of functional stylistics.
Students will acquire skills of the course according to sylabus.

Prerequisites
|
completion of disciplines (from timetable): Introduction to the Study of Language, Introduction to Sociology.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Mark, Oral exam, Written exam, Student performance
Active participation on seminars, cooperation on collectively realised research, final report writting, final knowledge test.
