1) Introduction to the institutional communication, the basic definition and concepts 2) Communication, organizational structure and organizational culture 3) Institutional means of communication, internal and external institutional communication 4) The role of personality in the communication process, communication styles 5) Communication skills and principles, their application in the psychology of mass difficult situations, communication and teambuilding 6) Institutional barriers of communication, opportunities for improvement 7) Selected problems of institutional communication: delegation, risk sharing, change management and conflict, etc. 8) The role of external institutional communication (PR) in the psychology of mass organization, the organizational scheme of unconsious of PR 9) Options analysis of selected problems of an institutional communication 10) Options analysis of selected problems of institutional communication 2 11) Recent trends in the psychology of mass institutional communication, media relations rules 12) Crisis communications and issue management in the psychology of mass the organization

Learning outcomes
|
The course brings an overview of current theories of institutional communications as well as insight into specific issues related to communication in the organization. Outline of the course is designed to introduce participants with a general limitation of institutional communication and basic concepts (the process of institutional communication and its elements, level, feedback) and with a particular institutional communication, both at management level and at the level of interpersonal . Attention is paid mainly to the influence of communication (whether formal or informal) on the organizational culture and structure, communication media (especially the role of meetings, company newsletter, intranet, etc.), communication styles and skills, teambuilding, in communication barriers and possibilities for optimization of flow the role of HR and PR. The course is to provide participants not only the general context of the issue, but especially practical examples from various organizations, case studies and an overview of current issues of domestic and external organizational environments.
