1) Photography as a technical information system, analog and modern digital technologies, technical resources 2) What is a photo of what is photographic image, the visual information 3) The basic processes of photographic images, thematic areas 4) The composition of the photographic image, basic principles of composition 5) The use of "golden section" in the photo, a rule of thirds, S-line, deployment image surfaces, composition lines 6) Intelligence, reportage, documentary photography, the selection of topics and ways of their implementation 7) Black and white and color photographs in newspapers, in color image compositing 8) Photographic image in the media, information and aesthetic functions, genres Photojournalism 9) Photos in journalism, journalistic photography and text descriptions 10) Basic errors in the acquisition and use of photographs

Learning outcomes
|
The course provides an overview students of journalistic photography. The audience learns the background information on the technological development of the region - with emphasis on the current status. Part of the course will be finished examples of journalistic communication are also practical examples of how it works. Attention will be paid primarily by defining the specific issues of journalistic photography and composition, typology shots, Rakurs, color, digital photography and the possibilities of processing.
