Learning outcomes
|
Lecture on grammar system of the Ukrainian language in comparison with Czech. Some general lingvistic information included. The aim is to provide the non-philologist students with basic knowledge of the contemporary Ukrainian language system. Basic topics: General linguistics terms and notions, Ukrainian alphabet and orthography; stylistic charasteristic of Ukrainian. Parts of speech.
Students will acquire knowledge concerning grammatical system of contemporary Ukrainian, morphological rules and its practical use.

Prerequisites
|
This course is meant for beginners. Knowledge of Ukrainian alphabet and appropriate writing competencies are expected.

|
Oral exam, Written exam
