Course content
|
This practical language course aims at functional mastery of spoken and written Polish with respect to Polish background information. The principal activity is speaking on a given topic.

Learning outcomes
|
The objective of this course is to help students to acquire the basic communication skills in the Polish language. The exercises within the framework of the selected topics are focused on vocabulary enriching.
Standard communication skills, knowledge of Polish grammar.

Prerequisites
|
Basic communication skills. The course is not intended for students whose native language is Polish and who are not studying the study programs of the Polish Section of the Department of Slavonic Studies at the Faculty of Arts.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance
Good results in partial assessment tests, 80% attendance.
