Course content
|
- Basics of Polish grammar: Polish inflection, irregular forms, exceptions, communicative grammar, sentence structure, - Development of communication skills: basic communication topics, 2000 - 3000 words, - Basics of spelling and the phonetics: mastery of Polish pronunciation, rules of Polish spelling.

Learning outcomes
|
A follow-up course of JCG1. Other parts of speech are studied. Practical exercises are based on comparison of Czech with Polish and the focus is put on the interference. The Polish spelling is studied as well.
To master the basic communication skills, the basics of Polish grammar and its use.

Prerequisites
|
Basic communication skills. The course is not intended for students whose native language is Polish and who are not studying the study programs of the Polish Section of the Department of Slavonic Studies at the Faculty of Arts.

|
Student performance
Good results in partial assessment tests, 80% attendance.
