Topics will be based on students' knowledge and experience or their requirements. 1. Action field of andragogy. 2. Andragogical proffesions. 3. Requirements on workers in andragogy. 4. Soft skills. 5. Further education in andragogy. 6. Specific topics related to education and personnel development.
