Course content
1. Basic HRM activities in the organization. 2. Professional map of andragogy - application of action field on actual labor market environment. 3. Soft skills. 4. Competence. Competency model. 4. Recruitment. 6. Selection procedure. 7. Job performance evaluation. 8. Follow-up of staff evaluation to other personnel activities. 9. Employee Development. 10. Further training of employees. 11. Employee counseling. 12. Recapitulation of the relationship between education and personal development as one of the action fields of andragogy.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Demonstration, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Homework for Teaching - 40 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to teach students to apply theoretical knowledge gained during their studies in specific situations related to adult education and personal development.
The student will be able to explain the process of human resource development, analyze training and development needs, propose development measures, and assess their benefits for both individuals and the organization.

Basic understanding of human resources, management, or adult education

Assessment methods and criteria
Final Report

Active participation, ongoing preparation, work on a case study or seminar assignment, and completion of the final assessment as instructed by the instructor.
