Learning outcomes
|
The course focuses on understanding teamwork, team roles, team development, and the conditions necessary for effective communication and coordination within work groups.
The student will be able to describe the factors that contribute to effective teamwork, identify specific team roles, and recognize the stages of team development.

Prerequisites
|
There are no specific prerequisites; participants are expected to actively participate in group activities and be willing to reflect on their own role within the team.

Student performance
