The aim of this discipline is to acquaint students with the basic principles of employee development in the organizational environment, with individual theoretical approaches to this issue by the management of the organization. On the basis of defining the main trends in this area of work with adults, apply theoretical knowledge to the system of human development and its creation in the organization.
