1. Development of personnel work in modern society. 2. Analysis of texts of theoretical concepts of personnel management in modern society. 3. Personnel activities. 4. Application of basic management functions to personnel activities. 5. Working place analysis. 6. Methods of work and job analysis. 7. Workforce planning. 8. Types of planning and their use in planning employees in the organization. 9. Acquisition and selection of employees. 10. Creating criteria for personnel selection. 11. Performance evaluation. 12. Remuneration of work performance based on evaluation results.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic theoretical concepts of development of personnel management in modern society. At the same time, the student will be familiar with the main current trends in the use of personnel activities in the organization. Students will be able to apply basic personal activities to a particular organizational environment with the acceptance of possible specifics that the application brings to the corporate environment.
After completing this course, students will be able to apply basic theoretical lessons from the field of human resource development in an organization to a specific organizational environment.

Prerequisites
|
Participation in lectures or other methods of mastering the theoretical background of human resource development. Subsequent active participation in seminars and application of theoretical knowledge in the area of creating a human resource development system in an organization. Teamwork.
