Learning outcomes
The goal of the course is to develop knowledge and skills for leadership/management and human resources activities (steps, pros & cons, usage) in team and organization.
Students will be able to explain selected leadership approaches, analyse team development processes, choose appropriate interventions for team learning and reflect their own leadership role.
Prerequisites
Basic orientation in management, adult learning or organisational behaviour is recommended. Students are expected to work with English academic texts.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Seminar Work

Active participation, reading of assigned texts, preparation for group work, completion of practical tasks and submission of a final reflection or seminar output.
