Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to distinguish, introduce the mutual link and establish the concepts of quality of education, quality management, quality of teaching, quality of the curriculum in the professional discourse of managers of educational institutions.
After completing the course, students will be able to: - explain the terms quality, quality management, quality management in the field of education, quality management in school, school quality, teaching quality, curriculum quality, quality areas, terms ISO, EFQM, - characterize the quality model concept and demonstrate it on a concrete example, - justify the importance of feedback in the management of an educational institution (for the development of various actors), - assess the state of quality management at the selected workplace in the context of quality management in the selected region, - clarify the possibilities or pitfalls of applying different approaches to quality management in the field of education.
