Course content
The course consists of two main thematic areas: Business Etiquette - professional appearance and dress code, business dining, corporate and social events, workplace conduct, business visits, business travel, negotiations and contract signing, and organizational representation. Business Communication - communication with customers and business partners, internal organizational communication, teamwork, negotiation, presentations, conflict management, and the fundamentals of intercultural communication. The course also addresses international and cross-cultural aspects of business interactions and professional communication.

Learning outcomes
The course aims to introduce students to the principles of business communication and modern business etiquette, which constitute an essential foundation for successful careers in management, entrepreneurship, sales, and other professions requiring effective communication and professional conduct. Particular emphasis is placed on developing communication skills, building professional relationships, and responding appropriately in various business and social situations.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to: - demonstrate knowledge of modern business etiquette and professional conduct, - apply effective communication principles in professional settings, - communicate appropriately with customers, business partners, and colleagues, - use basic negotiation and presentation techniques, - recognize and respect cultural differences in international business environments, - professionally represent an organization in business and social contexts.
Prerequisites
Interest in business communication and etiquette.

Student performance

Active participation in the lesson. Final exam to test the acquired knowledge.
