Learning outcomes

The aim of the subject is to diskuss the knowledge about the management of organizations and the context of the current educational (and especially school) system and subsequently apply everything to the management of educational institutions.
After completing the course, the student will be able to: - explain the concept of an educational institution as a specific organization and especially clarify how the specifics of the educational process influence the concept of the management of an educational institution, in the context of micro- and macro-management of an educational institution (and the trends of current educational policy) - explain how factors of the external and internal environment of an educational institution can influence the quality of its work
