The aim of completing the internship during the course of the students´study is to verify in practice the applicability of the acquired knowledge and skills, to realize their validity in practice. The practice thematically follows the issues of management, leadership and administration of educational institutions and management of the educational process. It focuses primarily on the acquisition of information and its analysis, on sharing the experience from the specifics of managing various educational and training institutions and managing HR process in them, on the adoption of best practices, on the acquisition of inspirational inputs and on the reflection of the facts found.
