After completing the course, students should be able to: - list and briefly explain the essence of educational theories, - to clarify and assess, using examples from practice, the desirable connection between the curriculum and the concept of pedagogical work of an educational institution, - describe the phases and regularities of the management of the pedagogical work of an educational institution, justify its specifics (including the effects of the external environment) and state the possibilities of taking these specifics into account when managing the pedagogical work
