Learning outcomes
|
The aim is to present organizational culture as a set of basic beliefs, values, attitudes and behavioral norms that are shared within an educational institution.
After completing the course, students will be able to: - explain the terms culture and climate of educational and educational institutions, organizations, compare these phenomena, - distinguish elements of organizational culture and agents, environmental factors participating in the quality of the climate of the organization, educational and educational institutions, - propose procedures for diagnosing the culture and climate of an educational and educational institution, organization with regard to its effects on strategies and performance, - to conceive the possibilities of climate change, possibly and the culture of the institution, organization.
