Course content
|
1 ) The language style and stylistics, " Stylistics and ?. " Functional style, register and discourse; work with text , stylistic analysis of the text, features, text, textual construction rules, communication situations and factors influencing the final form of communication. 2 ) Functional and stylish characteristic linguistic resources in general , the analysis of language resources applied in specific texts authentic , distinctive features stylish value linguistic means of expression and structure of the text . Expression and function, the use of standard language resources and other resources of the national language; functional dichotomies. The relationship of these dichotomies to the choice of means of expression, subjective style. 3 ) Styles current Czech , singular style - the style of a generic , comprehensive style - a style simplex , individual style - the style of interindividual; classical notions of stylistics: "functional language" as a means of selection for a particular function, a stylish area, stylish type, text composition a text style, text construction, requirements for good style. 4 ) Style and stratification and differentiation of regional language sociolect and dialects . 5 ) Style speeches spoken and written, monologue and dialogue, specific features of the texts prepared and unprepared, Stylistics and textual syntax, text composition and structure. 6 ) The functions of verbal and nonverbal components of text, text and illustrations, the transfer of meaning other than the verbal component of communication; intertextuality . 7 ) The current status of functional style expert, principles of construction of specialized texts, intertextuality in professional style. 8 ) The stylistic analysis of literary text , "good" art, analysis of authentic materials , detection and correction of stylistic shortcomings. 9 ) The term oratorical style , the specifics of the construction of political speeches (persuasion, persuasion and retrieval functions, manipulation and propaganda elements). 10) Journalistic style, construction reports, reports differences in written and spoken journalism news in public and commercial media. 11) Other genres journalistic style, the specifics of their construction, job title, creative writing in journalism. 12 ) Analysis of the advertisements specifics of their construction , the role of nonverbal components , pragmatic aspects

Learning outcomes
|
Stylistics analysis aims to recognizing differences between singular, general and objective style, differences between official Czech and colloquial standard Czech, the use of language items in spoken and written Czech.
Students assess the adequacy of the use of expressive means, acquires communicative competence, appears in the text, and then remove inappropriate means of expression.

Prerequisites
|
The ability to master one's mother-tongue on the theoretical level, the ability to express oneself fluently in a written text and work with dictionaries and the Internet.
