Course content
Aims of the subject: To build communicative competence in Czech and develop all language skills to achieve the A1 level. Topics, vocabulary, and grammar follow the A1 level descriptors of the CEFR. Grammatical features: Nominative and accusative cases in the singular; nominative plural forms; selected expressions with the genitive, dative, locative, and instrumental cases; present tense and selected forms of the past tense; simple negation; modal verbs; basic comparison of adjectives and adverbs. Topics: Study and work, orientation in the city, at the doctor's, daily routines, and leisure time, weather and nature

Learning outcomes

The objective of the course is to consolidate and integrate students' knowledge. The learning outcome is the development of communicative competence and language skills at the A1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Oral exam, Analysis of linguistic, Didactic Test

Regular attendance, active participation in seminars, and successful completion of the final written test (minimum score: 75%).
