Course content
|
Student will choose a subject related text(10 pages). Student will translate the text and study the vocabulary. Student has to hand in two pages (preferably the first two pages) of the translation to the teacher. Student will prepare a 1- page Czech into English translation of a subject related text and hand it in to the teacher. The original texts and the translations must be handed in in a printed form at least one week before the exam. On the exam, the student will introduce both his / her texts; explain why he /she has chosen them and translate and analyze one paragraph of the text. Students must bring with them to the exam their own copies of all texts (originals and translations).

Learning outcomes
|
The examination will test students' knowledge acquired in the courses APSP1 and APSP2.
Student is able to read, understand and translate a psychology related text. Student is able to express himself / herself in the field of Psychology.

Prerequisites
|
This is meant for the students who want to take an exam at the end of the two- semester APSP course. The exam can be taken on the condition that the student has successfully passed both semesters of the course.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral exam
The student will have successfully completed the courses APSP1 and APSP2. The students will register for APSPZ in STAG at the beginning of the semester along with other courses.
