Learning outcomes
The main objective of the course is to familiarize student with the functions and mission of public economy and its role in the national economy and national finances. Emphasis is placed on the financing of public goods, the redistributive function in the economy and the main role and proposition of budgetary functions. Student well understands category of the state budget, its purpose, structure and development. Student is familiar with the types of public budgets, their income and expenses as well as the latest trends in public finances and the main theses and objectives of fiscal reform.
