Learning outcomes
Orientation in the Organizational Psychology (OP) theory and practice and in consultancy. Practicing the methods and tools used in OP.

Prerequisites
English knowledge B2. Basic knowledge of management. You cannot combine with KAE/MPS. This course is opened mainly for foreign students.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Seminar Work

Active involvement in the course. Presentation of selected teamwork methods individually or in groups (each student giving a presentation for at least 15 minutes). Attendance, min 80% (3 out of 4 seminar blocks). Grading scale: A 91-100 B 82-90 C 73-81 D 64-72 E 55-63
