The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the field of business communication and modern conception of etiquette, whose knowledge is essential for all future managers, entrepreneurs, traders and other workers who come into contact with people within their profession. The course consists of two main thematic parts: business etiquette (business dress, social dining, work and social events, workplace behavior, visits and business trips, signing contracts etc.) and business communication (customer communication, company communication, negotiation, presentation etc) .) International specifics are included in the explanation.
The student is able to apply the principles of effective business communication and modern professional etiquette in various work and social situations and adapt their actions to the cultural specifics of the international environment. |
