Topics: 1. Photographic processing of a 2D flat color original (photoreproduction of a color image in natural and artificial light), including post-processing 2. Photographic processing of a 2D flat original with a distinctive structure (photoreproduction of a stone relief in natural and artificial light), including post-processing 3. Photographic processing of a spatial 3D object (photoreproduction of a sculpture in natural and artificial light), including post-processing 4. Photographic processing of a 3D space in the interior (photograph of the interior in natural light), including post-processing and line restitution 5. Photographic processing of a 3D space in the exterior (photograph of the exterior in natural light), including post-processing and line restitution 6.-13. Practical demonstrations and discussion of independently solved tasks

Learning outcomes
|
Independent work (in the form of completing individual assignments) on basic photographic tasks important for art historians.
Students will master the basics of prescribed photographic disciplines and the basics of post-processing of images. Photography of two-dimensional artwork (painting), stone relief, three-dimensional sculpture, architectural interior and exterior.

Prerequisites

Completion of the course Photography for Art History and Historic Preservation 1 is desirable, but not a prerequisite.
