Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is advanced training in translating various types of texts from Korean into English, including administrative and professional texts.
Graduates of the course will become more familiar with the techniques of literary translation, the history of translation into Czech, deepen their knowledge of the grammatical system of Korean when reading and translating into English, and expand their knowledge of stylistic devices and phraseological units. They will be able to independently prepare an extended glossary on a specific topic.
