Aula Internacional Plus 3 (lessons 10 to 12) + study materials available at Moodle Unidad 10: De diseňno (grammar: absolute superlatives, adverbs of measure, exclamations, relative clauses and the use of indicative and conjunctive in them; vocabulary: description of objects, materials, shapes, evaluation) Unidad 11: Un mundo mejor (grammar: conditional, expressing opinions and attitudes; vocabulary: environment and society) Unidad 12: Misterios y enigmas (grammar: further use of conditional and future simple tense, expression of degree of certainty; vocabulary: psychology, science, mystery)

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of this semester is to further develop the knowledge of Spanish (grammar, vocabulary) and all language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) so that students progress towards the B1 level of CEFR. The course also develops the students' ability to communicate in the field of their studies.
Completing this course, students will master the subject matter within the scope of lessons 10 to 12 of the textbook Aula Internacional 3 Nueva Edición (see Contents). At the end of the whole course (SJ1-SJ4), students will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of Spanish at B1 level according to CEFR.

Prerequisites
|
Knowledge of Spanish at A2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference is expected. This knowledge includes all language skills (reading, listening, writing and speaking). The prerequisites include knowledge of vocabulary and grammar at a given level.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance, Analysis of linguistic, Didactic Test, Written exam
active participation in lessons (min. 80 % attendance) regular home preparation (includes regular checking of the course in Moodle) elaboration of assigned tasks final written test (min. 70% for passing); the structure and content of the test are based on the basic study material
