The course is aimed at exchange students who want to study the basics of German language quickly and effectively and it is meant primarily for international students with minimal A1 German level. The teaching focuses on different forms of language training: grammar exercises, listening, speaking and reading. The students will learn how to communicate successfully in the most important everyday situations (e.g. talking about oneself, family, time, numbers, giving directions, etc.).
Students get basic communication skills at A1-A2 level: They will learn how to communicate successfully in the most important everyday situations (e.g. talking about oneself, family, time, numbers, giving directions, etc.) and they also get familiar with German pronunciation, reading, spelling, and the basics of grammar.

German on level A1, English on B1-B2; English is used for occasional explanations.
