The aim of the course is to gain practical skills in a selected style of Chinese martial art, Taijiquan. During the course, students will gradually master a set of 24 Yang-style forms. The training also includes basic relaxation exercises (qigong). Special attention is paid to correct breathing and gathering energy from precise movements. Practical training is enriched by theoretical interpretation of relevant culture-specific elements.
