The course is a continuation of AHS/CHI1 Chinese for Beginners 1. It focuses on strengthening the ability to listen and speak confidently. Throughout the course, students practice elementary sentence structures and expand their vocabulary in basic communication through various exercises. They also learn new Chinese characters and develop their writing skills. At the same time, they expand their knowledge of Chinese culture. After finishing the course, students will be able to communicate with a native Chinese speaker on selected topics. The course is intended for students outside the study program of Chinese philology.
