Learning outcomes
|
This Course is an introduction to the Arabic Language. The four basic skills- Listening, speaking, reading and writing are developed with a particular emphasis on effective oral communication, learning Vocabulary and Basic Grammar skills. The course is tough by an Arabic native speaker, therefore sufficient working knowledge of English is required.
Students acquire an further insight into Arabic language, extend his/her conversational skills as well as cultural awareness.

Basic knowledge of Arabic within the scope of Arabic 1 course is required.

Student performance, Written exam
Grading Policy: 50% Final Test 30% Quizzers (10,10,10) 20% Attendance and Participation.
