Learning outcomes
The objective of the subject is to introduce students to the current issues of international child protection with a focus on issues within the humanitarian context. Additionally, it aims to familiarize students with the standards of practice developed for organizations working in the field and to develop their understanding of different child protection systems and their skill to analyse them for a professional purpose.
Selected methods and technologies lead to the development of students' personality. Acquired knowledge and skills can be used in the Charity and social spheres.

Assessment methods and criteria
Seminar Work

1. Attendance - 60% 2. Presentation of a case study (5-10mins) 3. Submission of a short assignment on a chosen topic in International Child Protection (600 - 800 words)
