To build genuine relationships with other participants ? to create a community. To recognize and let go of personal barriers, thus creating space not only for authentic and effective communication but, above all, for deep unity and the experience of the spirit of community. To go through the phase of "true community", that is, an uncommon sense of safety, trust, special respect, and quiet resting in togetherness with others. Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to: ? Understand the four stages of community building, ? Explain the dynamics of community and apply this knowledge in their own life, ? Understand the stage of emptiness in community building, ? Critically evaluate literature on the topic.
