Student performance
Students may choose between an in-person or online exam. To ensure the online exam proceeds properly, in addition to a stable internet connection, the student must be properly visible on camera. For this type of exam, we require a setup with two cameras: one camera should film the student from the front, and the other should film the student from the side, including the screen and desk. The use of headphones is not permitted. The examination committee may ask the student to use their camera to show that they are alone in the room. For each exam date, whether held in person or online, a physical room is designated where the public may observe the exam. During the exam, whether in person or online, the student will have access to a printed edition of the Bible and a printed edition of the documents of the Second Vatican Council. The examination committee may ask the student to demonstrate that their Bible or the documents of the Second Vatican Council do not contain any pre-written answers to the topics on which they are being examined.
