The participant will be able to apply the acquired professional knowledge and skills in the fields of media, cultural and journalism studies in practice; gain practical knowledge and experience with the work of the Department of Media and Cultural Studies and Journalism at UPOL in the host country; become familiar with the tasks, responsibilities and competences of an internal PhD candidate; acquire knowledge in the areas of cultural studies, sociology and media studies; improve and strengthen their language competences and become acquainted with a different culture and lifestyle; establish contacts necessary to support labour mobility within the EU job market.
